Social Projects
The BOTCEM beyond the competitions has as one of the main objectives, to encourage students both inside and outside the university to develop practical and theoretical knowledge, as well as always thinking about ways of social integration. In this way we have some projects focused on these purposes, such as:
Project public schools: we take students from public schools, small robot projects, teaching them basic concepts of electrical, mechanical and programming in the course of project execution.
Project freshmen: we created an initial cell for learning and executing small projects, in order to teach the basic concepts of engineering, to encourage organization and teamwork, so that after finished students are whistles working in a team competition cell botcem.
In addition to these projects, we also have other more punctual and smaller ones such as the minicourses taught by the team, lectures, workshops and exhibitions.
